Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and prolonged standing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and guest service skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
- Perform dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning and waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
