Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry moderate weights
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and guest-oriented attitude

- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- Physical stamina for repetitive tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
- Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
