Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping experience is a plus
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • flexible availability for AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • strong organizational skills
  • positive attitude and willingness to assist team members
  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications

  • must have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to work various shifts especially weekends and holidays
  • must have good organization skills
  • must be able to work independently with minimum or no supervision
  • must be an excellent team player with a positive and helpful attitude
  • must be physically fit to perform and complete all duties as required
  • must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to bend, squat, lean and rotate body
  • must be able to provide genuine service to all guests
  • clear concise written and verbal communication skills
  • previous housekeeping experience in office, resorts, cruise ships or hotels is an asset
  • previous experience with HotSOS or Rex is preferred

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of the hotel
  • stock and inventory housekeeping supplies
  • deep clean guest rooms
  • assist room attendants with linen
  • work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • communicate effectively with team members
  • perform duties in a professional manner
