Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all public spaces, including hallways, restrooms, lobbies, and service areas
  • deliver linens, towels, and guest supplies to housekeeping attendants and guest rooms as needed
  • collect soiled linens and trash from designated areas and transport them to laundry or disposal locations
  • ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas are stocked, organized, and clean
  • assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and furniture moving
  • respond promptly to guest requests or questions and provide courteous service
  • report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the housekeeping supervisor
  • follow hotel policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation
