Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical labor including heavy lifting
- Previous experience in a hospitality or banquet environment preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or banquet services preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Make rounds through the halls each shift to ensure public areas are clean and tidy
- Coordinate and help banquet with heavy lifting and priority requests
- Use watchfulness to report missing or found articles and any sign of damage or needed repair
- Be graciously attentive to guests, answering questions and getting additional help when needed
- Assist banquet staff in setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of banquet service areas
- Support team members during high-demand events
