Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of previous housekeeping experience
- must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for the entire shift
- flexible to work hours mainly Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm PST with occasional weekend or holiday shifts
- must be able to communicate clearly and courteously to guests, managers, and fellow employees
- must follow company safety and security procedures
- must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- must demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- must abide by payroll policies and rules of conduct as stated in the Associate Handbook
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years previous housekeeping experience
- ability to effectively communicate to guests, management, and coworkers
- ability to follow directions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- team player capable of working under minimal supervision
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- familiarity with company safety and security procedures

Job Duties
- Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift
- remove newspapers and service trays, empty ash urn receptacles, remove trash and/or linens
- clean all public areas including hallways, elevators, service areas, stairwells
- remove soiled linen, terry and trash from service areas and transport to appropriate locations
- lift, push, pull at least 50 pounds
- assist section housekeepers as needed such as handling bed boards and roll-ways
- report missing/found articles, damage or merchandise problems to supervisor
- receive assigned section, keys, supplies, and priority requests from the Senior Housekeeper
- communicate and respond to guests, managers, and associates in a friendly and courteous manner
- report guest issues and complaints to management
- coordinate with Senior Housekeeper on work priorities
- perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities
