Job Duties
- set up and break down all meeting spaces with tables, chairs, water, and necessary equipment
- communicate effectively with event coordinators and other team members
- maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas
- lift and move moderate weight as required
- respond quickly to last-minute changes or requests
- ensure all event materials and setups meet Hyatt’s quality standards
- assist with general maintenance and support tasks related to events
