Job Requirements
- Must maintain a valid driver's license in state of employment
- must maintain an excellent driving record
- must be able to lift, pull, or push at least 50 lbs
- excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- prior guest services experience required
- prior customer driving experience strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome the guest
- offer assistance to the guest and respond to the guest's needs promptly and courteously
- clean corridors, guest areas, lobby, service areas and linen closets
- empty housekeepers' trash and linen bags
- carry trash to dumpster
- deliver rollaway beds and cribs to guestrooms
- turn mattresses as directed by management
- stock supplies needed for linen closets
- vacuum public areas and corridors
- mop vending machine areas and keep machines clean
- check and clean all public restrooms several times daily
- check and clean all elevators several times daily
- assist with luggage handling
- strip beds and/or clean rooms when needed
- check lights and change bulbs
- maintain outside grounds daily
- assist in the unloading and storing of deliveries
- complete duties and confirm on shift checklist as assigned
- transport guests to/from airport and other locations
- assist both arriving and departing guests with their luggage
- inspect, clean and service the van(s)
- maintain mileage logbooks
- deliver special request items to hotel guests and assist houseperson(s) with cleaning lobby and public areas of hotel as needed
- pick up trash from parking lot
- occasionally run errands for the official business of the hotel staff
- perform various other duties assigned by supervisor
