Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of standing
good communication skills
ability to work flexible hours
willingness to work as part of a team
commitment to delivering quality guest service

Job Qualifications

previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
strong attention to detail
ability to work independently and as part of a team
good communication and customer service skills
physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning equipment
basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures

Job Duties

Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
greet guests in a friendly manner
report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves
deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
