Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow guidelines and handle pace and pressure
- Strong listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Desire to provide excellent guest service
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in on time and adhere to break schedules
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out
- Able to perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Capable of working well under pressure and in stressful situations
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear communication skills

- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and maintain positive guest relations
- Use guests' names to enhance welcome and comfort
- Work collaboratively to achieve great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all hotel groups and events
- Answer calls with friendly service and proper etiquette
- Keep workspaces clean and organized both front and back of house
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces
- Greet guests warmly while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Submit accurate shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate willingness to go beyond traditional roles to meet business needs
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Store and retrieve luggage or packages for guests
- Clean and maintain guest hallways, service areas, and exterior spaces
- Collect and manage trash and soiled linen
- Monitor placement and condition of public space furniture
- Maintain stock levels of linen closets and guest amenities
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guestrooms
- Stock and maintain housekeeping cart
