Job Duties
- Assist housekeeping staff by delivering linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and public areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and utility rooms
- Remove trash and recycling from guest rooms and public spaces promptly and efficiently
- Ensure public corridors, stairwells, and service areas are free of debris and hazards
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to management in a timely manner
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of meeting and event rooms as needed
- Support team members and provide excellent customer service to guests and staff
