Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- physical capability to lift and carry objects up to 55 pounds
- ability to push and pull housekeeping carts across uneven terrain
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching overhead and below knees
- ability to stand, walk, kneel, or sit for extended periods
- must complete safety training and certifications
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- professional appearance and demeanor
- good communication skills
- ability to assist individuals with disabilities

Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- identify and report maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas
- post caution signs as needed
- contact other departments for urgent repairs
- deliver guest requests and set up furniture in guest rooms
- remove debris, soiled linens, and trash from hallways to service areas
- clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
