Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities preferred
  • ability to stand for up to eight hours
  • ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds unassisted
  • ability to push or pull 60 pounds unassisted
  • physical ability to bend, stretch, reach, climb, kneel
  • ability to see and hear
  • ability to communicate with guests and coworkers effectively
  • pass company security clearances
  • demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to multitask and maintain a service-centric attitude
  • flexibility to work any shift including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality or similar capacity preferred
  • knowledge of proper handling of linens and supplies
  • understanding of safety and security measures
  • ability to perform basic maintenance repairs
  • ability to clean guest rooms to brand standards
  • professional communication skills
  • capacity to maintain guest privacy
  • ability to follow company procedures systematically

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness of public spaces and organize supplies
  • assist room attendants in meeting cleanliness standards
  • support maintenance with minor repairs and work orders
  • respond to guest requests such as delivering supplies
  • keep hotel grounds and parking areas clean
  • set up meeting rooms as needed
  • adhere to hotel safety and security protocols
  • maintain knowledge of emergency procedures
  • perform additional duties including housekeeping, laundry, or maintenance assistance
