Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to respond quickly to guest and department requests
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and walking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Willingness to adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Identify and report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
- Receive linen supplies from floor shoots
- Maintain housekeeping carts
- Remove trash collected by room attendants
- Walk assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen
- Refill par stock of linen on each floor pantry
