Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow verbal and written directions
- thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work without direct supervision
- strong customer service orientation
- availability to work flexible hours
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing, bending, and lifting
- willingness to assist in multiple hotel departments when needed

Job Duties
- perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to established standards
- assist guests by providing information as requested
- assist in all departments as needed including housekeeping, laundry, general public areas, breakfast area, meeting rooms and maintenance
- stock public areas with supplies and set up meeting rooms for events
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly guest service
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests and complaints with a plus one service attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team and guests
