Job Duties
- maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces
- deliver guest requests promptly and courteously
- stock and organize housekeeping carts efficiently
- follow all company policies and procedures including safety and confidentiality
- ensure personal appearance and uniform meet professional standards
- perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds
- uphold the Ritz-Carlton "Gold Standards" in service delivery
