Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- Physical stamina to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and company policies
Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining designated areas including guest rooms, offices, and storage rooms
- Cleaning and folding laundry for resort rooms, fitness club, and spa
- Delivering guest-requested items such as additional linens, hair dryers, and childcare items like cribs or highchairs
- Receiving delivery of clean linen and preparing soiled linen for laundry pickup
- Ensuring satisfaction of after-hours housekeeping services including room touch-ups and responding to guest requests
- Welcoming and greeting guests and anticipating their needs
- Interacting professionally with guests and colleagues while contributing to team goals
