- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow verbal and written directions
- thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures as well as cleaning supplies
- ability to work without direct supervision
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel
- assist guests by providing information as requested
- assist in all departments as needed including housekeeping, laundry, general public areas, breakfast area, meeting rooms and maintenance
- stock public areas with supplies
- set up meeting rooms for events
- provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team and guests
