Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- support events and groups at the hotel
- answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- greet guests happily while cleaning
- complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- wear clean, approved uniforms and be well-groomed per handbook standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- go beyond traditional role responsibilities to meet business and guest needs
- collaborate to create a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
- store and retrieve luggage or packages for guests
- clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, service areas, and other common areas
- collect trash from exterior and interior collection points
- monitor public space furniture and report issues
- replenish amenities and supplies in guestrooms
- maintain housekeeping cart and linen closets
