Job Duties
- Maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas
- Assist with luggage handling, guest requests, and deliveries with efficiency and discretion
- Support the housekeeping team in room preparation, cleaning, and inventory management
- Ensure all service carts, cleaning equipment, and supplies are organized and fully stocked
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance with warmth and professionalism
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
