Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to established standards
  • assist guests by providing information as requested
  • assist in housekeeping, laundry, public areas, breakfast area, meeting rooms, and maintenance to maintain cleanliness
  • stock public areas with supplies
  • set up meeting rooms for events
  • respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive service attitude
  • contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team and guests
