Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- Perform hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to standards
- Assist guests by providing information as requested
- Support all departments in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Stock public areas with supplies and set up meeting rooms for events
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a positive attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
