Job Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Perform hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to standards
  • Assist guests by providing information as requested
  • Support all departments in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Stock public areas with supplies and set up meeting rooms for events
  • Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a positive attitude
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
