Job Requirements

  • Pass appropriate security clearance
  • ability to stand for up to eight hours
  • capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • able to push or pull 60 pounds
  • able to bend, stretch, reach, kneel, and climb
  • must be able to see and hear
  • speak and understand English
  • display honesty and trustworthiness at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in similar roles preferred but not mandatory
  • ability to communicate in English
  • professionalism and trustworthiness
  • knowledge of proper linen handling and sanitation
  • ability to perform basic maintenance repairs
  • skills in guest service and privacy maintenance

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a courteous and professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness of public spaces
  • organize and manage supplies efficiently
  • assist room attendants to meet cleanliness standards
  • support maintenance with minor repairs and work orders
  • respond promptly to guest requests such as delivering supplies
  • set up meeting rooms when applicable
  • adhere to brand standards and safety guidelines
  • maintain emergency procedure knowledge
  • perform additional duties in housekeeping, laundry, or maintenance as assigned
