Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns
- Clear communication skills
- Desire and commitment to serve all guests
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled time
- Clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work collaboratively to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology proficiently for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with a smile and by name while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists with 100% accuracy at designated times
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, and wear a nametag consistently
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude willing to stretch beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Store and retrieve luggage or packages for guests
- Clean and maintain guest hallways, stairwells, service areas, and ice rooms
- Collect and dispose of trash in exterior and common areas
- Monitor public space furniture condition and report issues
- Maintain stock levels in guest floor linen closets and guest amenities
- Replenish amenities and supplies in assigned guestrooms
- Stock and maintain housekeeping cart
