Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance for hotel rooms and public areas
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks
- Ensure all hotel facilities including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are well-maintained
- Maintain compliance with brand standards for property upkeep and appearance
- Perform painting and caulking tasks
- Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage teams to address maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects
