Job Requirements
- Physically able to work from ladder move furniture operate cleaning equipment and tolerate exposure to cleaning chemicals
- able to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity cold heat dust and noise
- minimum effective communication skills in English
- must perform job functions with attention to detail speed and accuracy

- experience in hospitality industry preferred
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests including information about resort services activities and local attractions
- remove used linens towels and replace with new ones along with essential products and supplies
- transport clean and dirty linen to and from operations and guest buildings
- maintain work carts stations to optimize appearance and efficiency
- ensure all items delivered to guest rooms are clean and in working order
- inspect carpets drapes and furniture for stains damage or wear and report maintenance deficiencies
- assist co-workers when requested
- work in fast-paced and stressful environments while adapting to spontaneous guest demands
- identify and report preventative and maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas
