Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to the job site
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to established standards
  • Assist guests by providing information as requested
  • Assist in all departments including housekeeping, laundry, general public areas, breakfast area, meeting rooms, and maintenance
  • Stock public areas with supplies and set up meeting rooms for events
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly service
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for the team and guests
