Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to established standards
- Assist guests by providing information as requested
- Assist in all departments including housekeeping, laundry, general public areas, breakfast area, meeting rooms, and maintenance
- Stock public areas with supplies and set up meeting rooms for events
- Ensure exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly service
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for the team and guests
