Job Requirements
- Ability to pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Must be able to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- Must be physically able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, reaching, climbing, and kneeling
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and understand English
- Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
- Capability to work alone without direct supervision
- Ability to multitask while remaining service-centric
- Willingness to follow all company standards and procedures
- Ability to maintain guest privacy and handle guest issues with professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar capacities such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities is helpful but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures
- Ability to perform minor maintenance repairs
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages a plus
- Demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds, pushing or pulling up to 60 pounds, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with security clearance procedures
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner following company hospitality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, grounds, and parking lot adhering to brand standards
- Organize supplies and assist in inventory control
- Support room attendants to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Assist maintenance department with minor repairs and troubleshooting
- Respond to guest requests such as delivering supplies including shampoo, towels, and roll-away beds
- Set up meeting rooms as needed
- Adhere to emergency procedures and safety guidelines
- Perform additional duties assisting housekeeping, laundry, or maintenance as assigned
