- Physical ability to stand bend lift and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of housekeeping laundry and maintenance operations
- Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment
- Friendly guest-focused and team-oriented demeanor
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of public and service areas including hallways elevators stairways and lobbies
- Restock housekeeping closets and support linen distribution throughout the hotel
- Assist housekeepers by delivering supplies removing soiled linens and responding to guest service needs
- Complete deep cleaning or special projects as assigned by leadership
- Report maintenance issues safety concerns or guest property found in public areas
- Respond to guest requests with urgency professionalism and warmth
- Maintain clear communication with housekeeping and front desk teams
- Follow Hilton and Newberry safety standards policies and cleanliness protocols
