Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- prior experience in hotel housekeeping and commercial laundry preferred
- ability to operate cleaning and laundry equipment safely
- pass background check and drug screening
- ability to read and interpret written, oral, and diagram instructions
- availability for varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and handle prolonged standing and walking
- adherence to safety protocols and policies

Job Duties
- portray a positive attitude and represent core values of Apache Casino Hotel
- remain highly visible and readily available to assist guests throughout the hotel
- perform cleaning and maintenance of common areas including elevators, guest laundry, storerooms, hallways, stairs, pool, fitness center, vending area, break room, and retail shop
- clean windows, sweep, mop, shampoo, wax, and polish floors
- keep laundry room and equipment clean and operate in a safe manner
- maintain Material Safety Data Sheets book for housekeeping and laundry departments
- keep work and storage areas clean and orderly
- support team members and train new staff
- operate commercial laundry equipment and cleaning tools
- restock linen and supplies as necessary
- separate, sort, count, record, fold, stack, hang, and store laundered linen
- maintain par stock of laundry and cleaning supplies
- comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- attend work regularly
- provide information on current casino promotions
- maintain confidentiality of business and guest information
- adhere to safety standards and report safety issues immediately
- follow universal precautions and PPE policies
- secure equipment, keys, and supplies
- report suspicious activities promptly
- perform related duties as assigned
- work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- follow casino policies, maintain appearance standards, and ensure accuracy in documentation
- present information clearly and deliver high level service
- maintain ethical work environment and foster team spirit
- use equipment such as computers, printers, fax machines, and telephones
- manage physical demands including lifting and walking
- adapt to different values, cultures, and backgrounds to build rapport
