- ability to drive 14-foot box truck
- physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- availability for late night and weekend shifts
- willingness to perform building maintenance tasks
- strong teamwork skills
- reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping, maintenance, or event support role
- basic knowledge of maintenance tasks such as painting and light electrical work
- ability to drive a 14-foot box truck safely
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- valid driver’s license
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Set-ups and breakdowns for events
- late night weekend set up and cleanings
- cleaning of interior and exterior of building
- building maintenance which may include painting, light electrical, minor repairs
- must have valid drivers license and able to drive 14' box truck to other locations
- must be able to transport banquet props and light furnishings between properties
- must be able to lift 50 lbs
- must be a team player and work with others
