verifiable references from previous employers
must be able to work weekends
willingness and ability to travel to the Hamptons June through August
experience with event planning and household parties
candidates must be local to South Florida

Job Duties

Drive and pick up children and the nanny as needed
organize parties from small groups of 20 pax to larger groups of over 100
manage inventory of party supplies and reorder when needed
maintain wine and liquor inventory including purchasing wine
coordinate with caterers and servers and oversee events
decorating and floral arranging
receive guests and provide butler service including assistance with meal service
buffet setup and assistance with party service
cleaning and organizing outdoor and pool areas
perform interior housekeeping duties as needed
hands-on cleaning when required
care for household dogs
be a team player able to take instruction with a no job too big or small mentality
