Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience working in luxury homes, private clubs, or hotels
strong attention to detail and meticulous care
ability to work independently and as part of a team
reliable, honest, and hardworking
ability to communicate effectively with estate staff and leadership
willingness to work Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a Houseman in a luxury hotel, private club, or private residence
excellent hands-on cleaning skills and a willingness to learn new techniques
a self-starter with a positive, pleasant personality and a genuine 'service heart'
must provide excellent, verifiable professional references

Job Duties

Perform both daily and deep-cleaning tasks
master the care of glass surfaces including interior/exterior windows, terraces, and outdoor living furniture
collaborate with the estate's drivers to ensure vehicles are beautifully detailed and maintained
maintain luxury rugs and specialized flooring through expert vacuuming and cleaning techniques
report issues and coordinate daily priorities with Estate leadership
assist with serving as needed
