Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for long time periods
- must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs
- must follow directions and work efficiently in fast-paced environments

- knowledge of property and local area
- maintain proper grooming and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of six months work-related experience, preferably in hospitality or janitorial services
- excellent customer service skills
- previous experience in hospitality industry preferred
- previous experience as housekeeper, room attendant, or janitorial services preferred
- ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- good written and oral communication skills
- ability to listen attentively
- flexible to work varied schedules
- dependable
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- adherence to grooming and appearance standards
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions pertaining to their visit
- respond promptly
- be familiar with property location, property amenities, and local attractions to answer inquiries
- resolve guests complaints to ensure satisfaction
- complete all required brand specific and health safety training
- adhere to all brand standards
- knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures
- clean common areas including glass doors, floors, shelves, tables, dishes, walls, elevators, pool areas, fitness center, break rooms
- follow lost and found policy and submit items to management
- perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
