Job Requirements
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of six months work-related experience
- excellent customer service skills
- previous hospitality industry experience preferred
- ability to follow directions
- good written and oral communication skills
- ability to listen attentively
- physical ability to walk, bend, and stand long periods
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- flexible to work varied schedules
- adherence to grooming and appearance standards
- must be dependable
Job Qualifications
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of six months work-related experience preferably in hospitality or janitorial
- excellent customer service skills
- previous hospitality industry experience preferred
- previous experience as housekeeper, room attendant, or janitorial services preferred

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions pertaining to their visit
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- be familiar with property location, amenities, and local attractions
- resolve guests complaints to ensure satisfaction
- complete all required brand specific and health and safety training
- adhere to property specific brand standards
- knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures
- clean common areas per hotel standards including glass doors, floors, shelves, tables, dishes, walls, elevators, pool areas, fitness center, break rooms
- familiarize with lost and found policy and submit lost items to management immediately
- perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
