Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year housekeeping or hospitality experience in country club setting
- minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and bend
- sensory requirements of talking, hearing, and seeing
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- adherence to attendance policies
- willingness to assist other departments
- commitment to safety and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality within a country club setting
- minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- associate degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- prior experience training or supervising housekeeping staff preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- basic proficiency with property management or housekeeping software preferred
Job Duties
- Support daily operations of housekeeping by assigning tasks and training new staff
- conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- ensure rooms are clean and stocked with necessary amenities
- verify functionality of in-room appliances and report issues
- respond promptly to member and guest requests
- maintain cleanliness and safety in public and staff areas
- report maintenance or service concerns for resolution
- collaborate with Rooms Manager and other departments
- assist with training and onboarding
- create and adjust shift schedules
- document and escalate performance or service concerns
- assist others as needed
- follow company, club, and department policies
- support and enforce management policies
- maintain professionalism in all interactions
- promote safe working practices
- pursue personal and professional growth
- address and resolve operational challenges
- contribute to team efficiency and club goals
