Job Requirements

- Ability to work in environments with exposure to chemicals, communicable diseases, and cleaning agents
- Ability to maintain composure and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing work environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean assigned resident homes and common community areas including disinfecting washrooms and cleaning floors
- Deliver appropriate care of residents' belongings for cleaning, organizing, and storing
- Execute timely cleaning duties for resident transfers and move-outs preparing rooms for new occupants
- Maintain an organized and stocked work cart ensuring proper chemical labeling and storage
- Follow infection control and isolation cleaning guidelines
- Initiate requests for supplies and confirm correct chemical labeling and storage
- Assist other departments with cleaning and housekeeping assignments
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings
