Job Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to lift 5 to 60 pounds during shifts
- Willingness to work in cold environments such as refrigerated or frozen facilities
- Ability to work extended, fluctuating hours including nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties
- Perform work tasks safely in accordance with work instructions
- Proactively assist other Partners by sharing technical, facility-specific knowledge, processes, and procedures
- Help assimilate fellow Partners into the work environment
- Complete work assignments timely and use time efficiently to support facility goals
- Operate equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Properly load empty pallets into automated systems (if applicable)
- Haul product from receiving dock to aisles for Lift Operators
- Accurately clean and organize assigned sanitation areas per SFTA and FSMA regulations
- Recover damaged goods as much as possible
