Job Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of infection control and sanitation protocols
- Compassion for elderly and disabled individuals

Job Duties
- Lead the team by hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating housekeeping and laundry staff
- Schedule efficiently by creating department schedules aligned with census and labor budgets
- Manage inventory by ordering and controlling supply levels while maintaining budget discipline
- Ensure cleanliness by performing and overseeing mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting tasks
- Inspect and monitor sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness compliance through routine inspections
- Train staff by providing instruction on safe and effective cleaning and laundry procedures
- Support daily operations by ensuring consistent linen delivery, personal laundry service, and organized supply rooms
