Job Requirements
- ability to read small print on equipment and written instructions
- knowledge of proper use and care of cleaning chemicals such as soaps and disinfectants
- lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- push or pull carts up to 75 lbs
- frequently bend stoop kneel squat twist and climb
- stand or walk up to 100% of an 8-hour shift
- tolerance to frequent exposure to latex vinyl plastic and other materials used in cleaning and PPE
Job Qualifications
- ability to read small print on equipment and written instructions
- knowledge of the proper use and care of cleaning chemicals such as soaps and disinfectants
- experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- clean resident rooms and common spaces on a daily basis
- keep the housekeeping storage room organized and neat
- assist with needed deep cleaning throughout the facility
- work with maintenance to report repair or replace items and equipment
- adhere to all safety precautions and work within safety procedures for supplies and chemicals
- maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned areas
- support team efforts to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
