Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- experience in housekeeping or laundry duties preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and lifting
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- willingness to assist with outdoor maintenance
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to operate laundry equipment and cleaning tools safely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize common areas, rooms, hallways, restrooms, and work spaces
- sweep, scrub, and maintain floors
- assist with annual floor stripping
- dust furniture, polish surfaces, and clean windows, walls, and fixtures
- empty trash, restock bathroom supplies, and replace light bulbs
- wash facility laundry using proper sanitary procedures
- occasionally assist residents with personal laundry and stain removal
- help monitor and maintain cleaning and laundry supplies
- keep laundry equipment clean and report maintenance needs
- follow confidentiality, safety, and sanitation standards
- help keep entrances clear of snow and ice when needed
- maintain flower beds and outdoor areas
- participate in trainings and work collaboratively with other departments
