Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is an asset
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assists in cleaning residents apartments, common areas and bathrooms
  • Sweeps and mops floors
  • Assists with washing, drying, folding, and delivery of facility linen, towels, and residents' clothing
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in all assigned areas
  • Follows safety and infection control procedures
  • Reports maintenance issues or supplies needed
  • Supports team efforts to maintain a comfortable environment for residents
  • Communicates effectively with supervisors and other staff
