Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- compassion and a desire to serve the elderly
- physical ability to lift at least 35 lbs with or without assistance
- ability to push at least 100 lbs with or without assistance
- adequate use of eyes and ears
- adequate power of speech
- ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
- ability to work cooperatively with peers and supervisors
- maintain a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Ensure all common areas are maintained sanitary, orderly, and attractive
- clean, detail, and refill supplies in assigned areas
- clean resident rooms, dining, and activity areas including dusting and mopping
- complete daily routine for housekeeper staff
- maintain records documenting housekeeping and sanitation
- ensure compliance with health codes and company policies
- assist residents with daily living activities safely and compassionately
