Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and sanitary standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to assist residents safely when necessary
- Compliance with background screening requirements

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties
- Ensure all common areas of the community are maintained in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition
- Clean, detail, and refill supplies for all assigned areas of the facility
- Ensure resident rooms, dining areas, and activity areas are cleaned as assigned, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and eliminating odors
- Ensure the daily routine for housekeeper staff is completed and implemented each working day
- Maintain records to document daily housekeeping and actively track aspects of housekeeping such as maintenance, pests, and sanitation
- Ensure compliance with all health codes, sanitation regulations, state regulations, and company policies
- Assist residents with daily living activities in a safe and caring manner, including ambulation, incontinent care, feeding, bathroom-related hygiene assistance, and safety measures
