Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Compassion and desire to serve the elderly
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs with or without assistance
- Ability to push at least 100 lbs with or without assistance
- Adequate use of eyes and ears
- Adequate power of speech
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to relate well with others and receive direction with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Ensures all common areas of the community are maintained in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition
- Clean, detail, and refill supplies for all assigned areas of the facility
- Ensure resident rooms, dining areas, and activity areas are cleaned as assigned
- Ensure the Daily Routine for Housekeeper Staff is completed each working day
- Maintain records to document daily housekeeping and track aspects such as maintenance, pests, and sanitation
- Ensure compliance with all health codes, sanitation regulations, state regulations, and company policies
- Assist residents with daily living activities safely and compassionately
