Job Requirements

No formal education required for level I
one year experience in custodial or building maintenance for level II
valid driver’s license
ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
ability to travel as needed
willingness to work weekends and overtime as required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous custodial or housekeeping experience helpful but not required for level I
one year custodial or building maintenance experience for level II
valid driver’s license
ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
ability to follow safety procedures
