Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to comply with agency policies and procedures
- Physical ability to occasionally lift or carry 50 pounds and push or pull 25 pounds
- Availability to work full time
- Ability to complete administrative tasks such as work orders and timekeeping
Job Qualifications
- Eighteen months experience in building or institutional custodial work or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and agency policies
- Basic computer and telephone proficiency
- Problem-solving abilities
- Professionalism and reliability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide high-quality customer service
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility through daily restroom servicing, shared-space disinfecting, floor care, dusting, and break room sanitation
- Follow safety practices, manage supplies responsibly, and respect boundaries around non-custodial tasks
- Complete work orders, emails, timekeeping, and required training in a timely manner
- Manage equipment properly, report hazards or supply issues, and support coworkers during absences or special requests
- Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality, responsible leave management, adherence to dress code, and maintaining an organized personal workspace
- Communicate clearly, build constructive working relationships, and deliver high-quality customer service
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues, set priorities, and adapt to changing needs
