Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to comply with agency policies and procedures
  • Physical ability to occasionally lift or carry 50 pounds and push or pull 25 pounds
  • Availability to work full time
  • Ability to complete administrative tasks such as work orders and timekeeping

Job Qualifications

  • Eighteen months experience in building or institutional custodial work or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and agency policies
  • Basic computer and telephone proficiency
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Professionalism and reliability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide high-quality customer service

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility through daily restroom servicing, shared-space disinfecting, floor care, dusting, and break room sanitation
  • Follow safety practices, manage supplies responsibly, and respect boundaries around non-custodial tasks
  • Complete work orders, emails, timekeeping, and required training in a timely manner
  • Manage equipment properly, report hazards or supply issues, and support coworkers during absences or special requests
  • Demonstrate professionalism through punctuality, responsible leave management, adherence to dress code, and maintaining an organized personal workspace
  • Communicate clearly, build constructive working relationships, and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues, set priorities, and adapt to changing needs
