Job Requirements

Pass a physical examination including lifting up to 40 pounds and pushing/pulling 25 pounds
Pass drug test for safety-sensitive positions
Willing and able to fulfill job-related travel
Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and overtime
Meet physical demands of the job
Have valid driver’s license
Ability to work 24/7 coverage as required
Adhere to agency policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

No experience or education required for Housekeeping I
Six months experience in building or institutional custodial work for Housekeeping II
Ability to follow safety protocols
Attention to detail in cleaning
Willingness to participate in training for hazardous material handling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Dispose of trash and maintain sanitary conditions
Safely dispose of restricted or environmentally hazardous materials
Handle hazardous or restricted items according to safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the inpatient facility
Collaborate with the team to meet facility cleanliness needs
Participate in specialized training for hazardous material handling
