Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Must have a compassionate attitude towards seniors
- Ability to work full time
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
- Ability to work with seniors and understand their needs
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean resident rooms thoroughly
- Clean common areas daily
- Follow healthcare safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work effectively with a team and independently
- Report any maintenance or safety issues
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment for residents
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
