Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience desirable

  • physical ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • vacuum, dust and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond to guest inquiries and concerns, handle guest issues to resolution
