Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience desirable

Job Duties
- clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- vacuum, dust and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, mark or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns, handle guest issues to resolution
